Upcoming book signing of Tate author Kim Poovey featured on The Beaufort Gazette

Tate author Kim Poovey is set to sign copies of her children’s book, “Through Button Eyes: Memoirs of an Edwardian Teddy Bear” highlighted in a featured article on The Beaufort Gazette.

“Through Button Eyes” introduces readers to Sir Bearsley Tolpuddles, a remarkable mohair teddy bear created in London, England, during the Edwardian era. His life begins at Thornton Hall, an aristocratic manor house. Discover his day-to-day escapades as he explores life with his child, whom he affectionately refers to as Little Miss.

Poovey will sign copies of her books at the Pratt Memorial Library in Ridgeland on Saturday from noon to 2 p.m.
