Brandon author’s new Christian book motivates men of God to realize the greatness within

BRANDON, Fla. — This week marks the nationwide release of “Who Told You That You Were Naked? Restoring the Image of Men,” a thought-provoking new book by author Mily Echevarria.

In “Who Told You That You Were Naked? Restoring the Image of Men,Echevarria expresses that, in today’s society, men are experiencing a gender crisis. This book, inspired by the Holy Spirit, brings a word of affirmation to establish men and validate them as the majestic creation of God. There is greatness, fullness and distinction on every man who walks on this earth.

The goal of “Who Told You That You Were Naked? Restoring the Image of Men” is to restore the image of men through the study of the Word of God and to rediscover the original and unique intentions of God for the creation of the male being. Echevarria hopes that every person who reads this book receives and understands the simple, lucid and unmistakable truth about the greatness of men. After all, Jesus came to the world as a man.

Echevarria, who was born in the island of Puerto Rico, is currently based in Brandon, Florida. She started working in the ministry at the age of 16 with her parents as missionaries in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and Florida, USA. She attained a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Puerto Rico and completed a second bachelor’s degree in Christian education as a summa cum laude in Carolina, Puerto Rico. She continued her graduate studies and later received her doctorate in theology as a summa cum laude student. The author, who is married to Pastor Mitchell Echevarria, had been a pastor for more than 18 years. Both are pastors of Family of Faith in Tampa, Florida, working for the International Federation of Chaplains and Human Rights as the Florida Directors. Echevarria is the rector of Holy Spirit Christian University in Tampa, Florida, traveling internationally to teach and preach the Word of God.
