Chula Vista author’s uplifting poetry book about love, family delights readers

CHULA VISTA, Calif. — Author Nathan Lindsay shares inspiring poetry collection in the nationwide release of his new book, “The Mace Jacks Fire.”

“The Mace Jacks Fire” is a collection of poems and short stories that touch upon the emotional tides of love. Whether an ode to someone else or a dedication to fatherhood, the words blossom with a pureness of heart and desire.

Lindsay is an adjunct instructor, teaching English and information literacy in California. As a recovering alcoholic and father, he is dedicated to issues surrounding parenthood, literacy and helping students to achieve academic success. He possesses a master’s degree in both English and library studies. He is also learning how to body surf in his spare time. Currently, Lindsay is based in Chula Vista, California.
