Henderson authors expose eye-opening truth about abortion in new book
HENDERSON, Nev. — Authors Brenda Pratt-Shafer and David Shafer announce the nationwide release of their revealing new book, “What the Nurse Saw: Eyewitness to Abortion.”
“What the Nurse Saw” is the unbelievable true story of Brenda Pratt-Shafer’s experience as a nurse working in an abortion clinic — how witnessing many abortions, including a late-term procedure referred to as partial-birth abortion, changed her life forever. She now believes it is her mission to share with as many people as possible the truth about abortion. This book will put the reader in Brenda Pratt-Shafer’s shoes, revealing a detailed journey that will transport the reader to the same operating room where the abortions were done.
The authors realize that everyone who picks up this book will not be pro-life. But it is the Shafers’ greatest hope that people, no matter what their opinion, will decide to be pro-truth.
Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.
Brenda Pratt-Shafer has been a nurse for more than 33 years. She has been a pro-life advocate for 23 years. She has testified at the state and federal levels to ban partial-birth abortion. She is a national pro-life speaker and a recipient of the Pro-Vita Award.
David Shafer, the coauthor of this book, is Brenda’s husband. The authors are currently based in Henderson, Nevada.
