Rochester author releases riveting new Christian fantasy novel
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — This week marks the nationwide release of “Soul Keeper,” a gripping new novel by author Jamell Ponder.
“Soul Keeper” presents readers with an emotional roller coaster as evil comes to harm the young child, Aleah, and Death stakes its claim on her life. However, Death has Shay to contend with. Shay epitomized the term “soul keeper.” His spiritual connection to Aleah is unfathomable, and leads him to fight for her soul beyond the realistic realm of possibility. Shay would not accept the death of his goddaughter, but rather would fight Death for the preservation of her life.
“Soul Keeper” is a story that depicts the power of love and the influence of prayer to enact change. It is a riveting read about compassion, pain, prayer, evil and the will to fight for life when death comes for your soul.
Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.
