‘Serpentkind’ faces new peril in Fulton author’s second dystopian fantasy novel
FULTON, Miss. — Author Mark Glick announces the nationwide release of “Serpentkind: Return of Murcielago,” which is the thrilling sequel of the author’s first fantasy book, “Serpentkind: Existence.”
In a changed world due to apocalyptic conditions, Serpentkind struggles to maintain diversity abroad in the second book of the fantasy series. However, they face a new threat from another species. Do these winged creatures hold the hidden secrets that will aid them, or will this cause total destruction? Either way, the Murcielagos, the vicious winged creatures, have returned to acquire one basic purpose for survival: mankind’s blood.

Glick has spent most of his career as a retail manager, except for a few years out of college at the University of Alabama. During those years, he traveled nationwide with a company, allowing him to meet people abroad. Near the turn of the century, he followed a passion in music, which became most rewarding during the years he supported Children’s Miracle Network by hosting shows to raise donations. Glick currently resides near Fulton, Mississippi, with his wife and two children.
