Greenville author helps readers to understand nutrition, discourages dieting in new book

GREENVILLE, Wis. — Author Tony Bednarowski promotes proper nutrition to achieve a healthy life in his new health and fitness book, “Stop Dieting and Start Eating: The Secret to Mastering a Healthy Life.” This week marks the book’s nationwide release.

“Stop Dieting and Start Eating” is about understanding how food works within the body — how certain foods will keep a person healthy while others will contribute to one’s weight and health issues. It’s about making the right choices and never feeling hungry or deprived in the process.

Bednarowski has spent his time in the health and fitness industry as an athlete, nutrition coach, fitness trainer, educator, speaker, publisher and author. The author became fascinated, biologically, with how nutrition and the foods consumed have a profound effect on performance, body composition and overall blood chemistry as well as state of mind. Over the past 30 years, Bednarowski has devoted his time to educating, coaching and mentoring people to take charge of their own health’s destiny.
