Decatur author weaves epic action, adventure in new dark fantasy novel
DECATUR, Ga. — Author Justin Scott announces the nationwide release of his new young adult fiction, “Floor Zero,” where he shares a gripping tale about a dystopian world that will bring readers into an abysmal perception of reality.
In “Floor Zero,” Scott brings readers into the dangerous and explosive world of Octagon City that is ruled by Chessboard — a global PMC with so much power it has become the new government. This explosive tale is action-packed and is filled with twists and turns that will make readers eventually question everything there is in life.
In “Floor Zero,” the result of planetary war has left the remnants of society in cages, leaving over half of the world in an enslaved state. The ravaged world and the super-societies are the only thing that remains, all caused by a creature so dangerous that it brought the globe to its knees.
Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.
Scott is a student at Miller Grove High School and part of the graduating Class of 2017. He began writing his first book at 7 years old and polished his talents to this day, using his life and his surroundings as inspiration. Scott currently lives in Decatur, Georgia, with his father, Jonathan; mother, Yvette; and little brother, Jordan.
