Rio Grande City author pens interesting, fun-filled kids’ book about snails

RIO GRANDE CITY, Texas — Author Rachel R. Garcia announces the nationwide release of her entertaining yet educational new children’s book, “Snails Galore.”

“Snails Galore” is a short story about two siblings who explore a field of snails. Robby is amazed at how many snails live in the sand that surrounds their home. There are more than can be counted. Meanwhile, his little sister, Roslyn, thinks that the snails are cute. She wants to take a bunch of them home to keep as pets.
