Clearwater author releases hardback of inspiring memoir about second chances
CLEARWATER, Fla. — Author James Worcester announces the nationwide hardback release of his inspirational memoir, “It Truly is a Right Hand World.”
In “It Truly is a Right Hand World,” author Worcester was all hyped up with plans to officiate his son David’s beach wedding in two days. It put an added bounce in his stride as he left home for the office. As usual, he stopped at his favorite Starbucks, where he enjoys several cups of Pikes Place coffee and a great conversation with his friends. About an hour later, they left for work and he remained and made a few phone calls, not knowing he was directly in the path of a medically bizarre manifestation, which struck him like a bolt of lightning on a beautiful Florida day. Within a blink, memory had vanished and a devastating stroke unwound his body and mind — altering him forever!
Sifting through ashes of change, Worcester is left with some not-so-good, some mostly good and a whole lot of bizarre. Like Florida storms, lightning has no favorites. It knows no age, color, creed nor wealth; and it strikes in a split second, sometimes twice. And second chances are not given out freely, only issued to the few!
Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.
Worcester has been a licensed Florida realtor for 29 years in the Tampa Bay area — listing, selling and leasing residential and commercial property. The author, who is a former sales manager for a large Peterbilt Truck Dealership after managing fleet sales for a Ford dealership, currently promotes the sales of real estate property by working for one of the oldest family-owned real estate auctioneers in Clearwater, Florida.
