Indiana author captivates in mystery-filled new novel
GAS CITY, Ind. — Author Alan E. Losure announces the nationwide release of his new historical novel, “Quest for the Truth,” which will be up for grabs in hardback this week and in paperback in November.
Loneliness was the worst part of the old man’s life now. The days were long but the nights even longer. If he was ever going to accomplish that which his inner voice had instructed him to do, that which he had planned to do some day, he needed to make up his mind and do it now. He had known many yesterdays and expected few tomorrows. Pausing briefly in order to compose his private thoughts, the old man began.
In “Quest for the Truth,” a discovery is made of an old letter from an ex-Confederate schoolmaster in Corbin, Kentucky, that rocks the foundation of the modern local community and changes the lives of a young couple forever.
Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the books are available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.
Losure is a life member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans and a Past Indiana Division Commander. He lives with his wife, Susan, and their cat in Gas City, Indiana.
