Chattanooga author’s new book teaches control of emotions to achieve success in life, relationships
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Author Tamara Armour announces the nationwide release of her uplifting new Christian self-help book, “How to Control Your Emotions: An In-depth Guide to Understanding People, Relationships, Failure and Success.”
God is tired of seeing his people struggle through life defeated, afraid and powerless. When Jesus died on the cross, he removed every shackle and bondage that Satan could ever think of. But what is happening today is Satan thinking smarter. He has removed the physical chains and bondages and replaced them with invisible ones one cannot physically see. The chains are still there but they are hidden in one’s mind.
In “How to Control Your Emotions,” Armour emphasizes that God does not want his people destroyed from lack of knowledge. The way the evil is rising in the world today leaves one no time to sugarcoat words and dance around the truth. As Christian people, one has to be aware of himself before he is able to understand anyone else.
Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.
Armour, who lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is the author of several books: “A Woman Loves Until a Man Lies,” “From the Cradle to the Cubicle,” “Why Do Roses Have Thorns,” “A Man Loves Until a Woman Lies 2,” “Pain Ain’t Pretty but It Was My Best Teacher,” “The Star Within My Reach,” “How to Handle Adversity in Life and Relationships” and “Love Me The Right Way.”
