Taborek loves to write stories and poems for her grandchildren, family and friends. Since the time her four children were babies, she has always written a yearly Christmas poem, describing family life to send out with her holiday cards. Taborek and her husband, Rich, live in Texas and travel in their RV to their B&B in Murphys, California, where she gets to share her passion for cooking with her guests.
