On an island in the Pacific Ocean, seven boys and their parents make a life-and-death decision in “Our Adventure on Rainbow Mountain.” Fourteen-year-old Braxton’s adventure starts as he is surprised by a great blue heron with a strange sense of humor. LB, the heron, invites Braxton and his cousin, John, to an adventure on Rainbow Mountain.
Their two families decide to follow Braxton and John up Rainbow Mountain to see for themselves the phenomenon that has changed their boys’ lives. Each one has an encounter with the unexpected. They manage to not only face danger but also to discover a mysterious light. Their discovery leads them to the secret of the light, contained in a giant tree known as Ka la’au o ke ola. “Escape on Rainbow Mountain” highlights families working together to win their battle.
