Tate Publishing Will Offer iPhone Applications to Sell Books Online

Thursday, June 4th, 2009

Tate Publishing announced today the creation of a new service for Tate Publishing authors.  The company will create an iPhone application so that users can connect with Tate Publishing authors and buy their books directly from the Tate Publishing bookstore.

The new Tate Publishing application can be used on computers and iPhones and will allow the user to connect directly to the author to learn their motivation behind the creation of their favorite books.  In addition, these applications will link the users to the Tate Publishing online store to purchase the electronic versions.

Tate Publishing is the first book publisher to offer connectivity through an iPhone application.  Company President and CEO, Ryan Tate, commented on the impending service, “We offer more opportunities, services and distribution than any other publisher.  While most would be content with this position, we never are.  We want to always press to deliver more for our authors and the publishing industry and continue to distance ourselves from everyone else.”

Tate Publishing is an industry leader in sales and volumes and is known for their remarkable history of helping more first time authors succeed than any other book publisher.  Ryan Tate credits their large scale success to their drive to ‘accomplish the impossible.’  Tate says, “Accomplishing the impossible is our calling, it is who we are.  At Tate Publishing we wake up every morning and work harder than anyone else to see our authors, titles and this publishing house succeed.  We not only consider our work a blessing, but to serve authors and have the opportunity to see lives changed and entertained by our products is amazing.”

Tate Publishing is expected to launch the iPhone application mid-summer.

Tate Publishing sets new records and all time highs for royalties.

Monday, February 9th, 2009

Tate Publishing company president, Ryan Tate, recently blogged about the company’s success not only in volume sales, but in author royalties as well.  As a well respected publishing company that positions itself as offering the best support to new authors, the news will be well received with aspiring writers looking for a the very best in marketing and publishing support.

According to Ryan Tate, the 4th quarter of 2008 again set new records for royalty payments to authors.  The news proves once again that the level of marketing support Tate Publishing offers is superior to that of any other publisher.  Ryan Tate commented on his blog, “The very fact that we are once again showing higher sales than ever before, even in these tough economic times our country is facing, proves how important the publisher and author partnership is to be able to succeed in this industry.”

Dave Dolphin, the Director of Book Production at Tate Publishing, remarked on the news, “Every Tate Publishing author receives the highest level of editing, unique book cover design, layout, and printing. We even offer services such as audio book production, website design and hosting, and video book trailers for our authors, so that when they reach the marketing phase, they have the very best chance in the industry that a first-time author can have.”

Tate Publishing attributes their remarkable success to a great relationship between the author and publisher.  “Tate Publishing is unique. We are a publishing house that was born to serve authors and create the best opportunity for an author’s success,” said Ryan Tate.

While many publishers (called “vanity publishers”) publish every book that is submitted to them, Tate Publishing only accepts for publication about 3% of the manuscripts submitted.  This affords each author the opportunity to receive the highest level of support and marketing services from Tate Publishing.

Tate Publishing Announces Video Trailers For New Releases

Thursday, January 8th, 2009

In today’s publishing marketplace, successful authors have several things in common – a great book, distribution, a support team and staff and promotional items that provide visibility above their competitors. Tate Publishing has led the industry in these categories and has taken another step to deliver a higher level of visibility for their authors and releasing titles.

Starting in 2009, Tate Publishing is now releasing video trailers or commercials for their newly releasing titles. Director of Marketing Mark Mingle stated, “Video commercials or trailers provide our titles with a visibility that isn’t seen in our industry. Before a customer decides to make the purchase, they can emotionally connect with the plot or storyline of the book, helping to make the decision to purchase much easier.”

These video book trailers will be streamed from the Tate Publishing website and bookstore as well as on MySpace, FaceBook and You-Tube. Tate Publishing President Ryan Tate added, “This continues to fall in line with our company’s philosophy to provide Tate titles and authors with services, products and distribution that gives them the best possible opportunity to compete and succeed. We are excited about the future and believe this service will help us stand even further apart from the crowd.”
